What Would I do with a Woman Who Loved Me?
What would I do with a woman who loved me?
Out from the closet will come that pedestal.
The dusty one, behind those old boxes of something or other.
I would try to impress her every day,
With my daring, my smarts and my real funny way.
To make her laugh, she will see,
Is a task I would take oh so seriously.
I would find so many ways to make sure she knows,
What a big deal she is, way bigger than the Starry Night of Van Gogh.
I would love her, when cuz I’m a jerk, her reasons for me fade and blur,
Then excite in the moment, when I make up with her.
I would love her when she cries for no reason,
No worries my love, we’ll blame it on this so dreadful whatever Season.
I wouldn’t even mind when she claims the remote,
And makes me watch girlie movies, of course with no vote.
Her wit would duel mine, and her win’s a guarantee,
But could she really ever explain why, she loves this guy called me?
Just saying.
