the way I write sometimes I write a poem
and the words they seem to touch
everyone who knows me
threw heart & soul & such

most who understand
the simple words I write
they read between the lines
they find the true insight

the things that touch the heart
create the butterflies
if you can look beyond my words
then you will realize

that everything about me
and everything I do
that is my reality
in the rhymes I bring to you

be assured it will be honesty
it will be my own insight
I'm doing what I love
be assured I'll do it right
