Endangered Caution
Discernment considered condemnation
Righteous judgment deemed as hate
Tell me when did God tell us to condone sin
What calls us to fear rejection and persecution
There needs be a change and a swift one too
Respect that choice, be joyful for his or her downfall
No way can I accept or conform to such ways
Since Jesus came to save people from themselves
He knows we are flawed an broken
We need Him to lead us and fix us
But The corrupt nature tries to get in the way
Surrender to Him is the cure
If we mess up it's ok, if we come back to Him
But we cannot use grace as a doormat
We must be sincere and want to turn from evil
The corruption we don't think is that bad
The kind we think is natural and not truly sin
The type we think is love, an alternative to normalcy
The one masked as a hundred problems causing fear
Caution can no longer be thrown away
Stand up for what is right and reject what is wrong
Then we will be lights for the darkest world
