1/4 cup chunk-style peanut butter 2 tablespoons reduced-fat soft-style cream cheese 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 medium-size red apple, cored and cut into 16 wedges Miniature marshmallows |
1. In a small bowl, stir peanut butter, cream cheese, and cinnamon until well mixed. Spread 1 side of each apple wedge with a thin layer of the peanut butter mixture. 2. Stick together 2 wedges to make "fat lips." Tuck in a few marshmallow "teeth." They will be eaten as fast as you make them. |
