1/2 cup bread crumbs 2 cups milk, warm. juice of 1 lime 4 ripe bananas 3 eggs 5 tbsp. sugar a dash of nutmeg |
Instructions Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a baking dish. Peel and puree the bananas. Add 2 tbsp. of sugar, the nutmeg and the lime juice. Mix. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and 3 tbsp of sugar. Add milk and mix well. Pour banana mixture into the baking dish. Cover with bread crumbs. Add egg mixture. Bake until custard is set. |
