PEACH COFFEE CAKE

Ingredients


Cake:
1 (18.25 oz) pkg Yellow Cake Mix (white will work )
1 (21 oz.) can peach pie filling
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla






Directions


Combine all cake ingredients stirring til well mixed.
(did not use mixer, just mixed by hand). Pour cake mixture
into greased 9 x 13 pan.

Combine all topping ingredients, mix well with pastry blender.
Sprinkle over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
