Ingredients: 2 cups of chickpeas, otherwise known as garbanzo beans(canned is fine) 1/4 cup tahini 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice of two lemons 4 cloves of garlic, crushed 2 tsp. cumin 1 Tbs. olive oil (optional) 2 Tbs. fresh parsley (optional) Edited Agan |
Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Place the dip in a bowl in the center of a platter and place pita bread cut in triangles, cucumber, celery, carrots and green or black olives on the tray around the bowl of dip. This is not only delicious, but healthy. Edit Again |
