Directions
1- Stir together strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, jalapeno pepper and sugar substitute in a large bowl; set aside. Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl;set aside.2- Spray tortilla lightly on both sides with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat in nonstick skillet until lightly puffed and golden brown.Remove from heat; immediately dust both sides with cinnamon-sugar mixture.Shake excess cinnamon-sugar back into small bowl. Repeat cooking and dusting process until all tortillas are warm.3- Fold tortillas in half and fill with fruit mixture. Serve immediately.
