LoveRemembered
|
As the Sun goes down, fading to night
The rhythm of cars in glaring light
Radio blares a tear jerking song
And I still ponder what could've gone wrong
Why did I agree, how could I leave
The tires change pitch of patches they cleave
The night turns cold the traffic fading
The Moon is rising it's light is aiding
The forest now, in shimmering light
It's beauty seen, in soft moonlight
But your not here and so I must cry
Why did I accept your last goodbye
The next time we meet at setting Sun
I will not leave till life is done
